北京留信信息科學研究院留學生學術(shù)誠信信息認證中心(CSCSS?) 與美國國際高等教育質(zhì)量保障協(xié)會(QAHE) 在北京正式簽署戰(zhàn)略合作(MOU),標志著雙方將在全球教育質(zhì)量保障、學習成果認證、非正規(guī)教育轉(zhuǎn)化與數(shù)字身份體系建設(shè)等領(lǐng)域開展深度合作,共同推動全球教育質(zhì)量互認與創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。
Beijing CSCSS? and the International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) have officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement (MOU) in Beijing. This partnership signifies deep collaboration in global education quality assurance, learning outcome certification, informal education transformation, and digital identity system development, jointly promoting global recognition and innovation in education quality.

The signing ceremony was attended and completed by QAHE Director Abou Seada and CSCSS President Chenyu, Ph.D. Both parties reached a high level of consensus on key issues, including educational technology, international certification mechanisms, and blockchain-based credentialing.

CSCSS? Certification and Technical System: Inspired by International Concepts
UNESCO 于 1972 年發(fā)布《學會生存》(福雷報告),首次提出“終身教育”理念;1996 年《德洛爾報告》提出教育四大支柱:學會認知、學會做事、學會共處、學會生存。

In 2008, the European Union launched the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and, in 2012, proposed the Recommendation on the Validation of Non-formal and Informal Learning Outcomes, promoting the Recognition, Validation, and Accreditation (RVA) system.CSCSS? is the first organization in China to systematically introduce and localize these concepts and policy frameworks.
